Dr. Rex Baumgartner is a prosthodontist specializing in the esthetic restoration and replacement of teeth. At your first visit, Dr. Baumgartner will take full mouth x-rays and/or digital photographs, review your medical history and perform a thorough examination including esthetics, teeth, muscles, joints, gums and soft tissue. After your initial examination and cleaning, you will be invited to return every 4-6 months for routine maintenance. This helps keep your teeth and gums fresh, clean and healthy!
We accept all Preferred Provider Insurance under Out of Network guidelines and will file insurance claims electronically on your behalf for your added convenience. Dr. Baumgartner accepts all major credit cards and offers CareCredit, a 12-month interest-free financing option for those who are eligible.
